Seattle Radiologists Raise Workflow Performance and Results with Corepoint Integration Engine
Date:5/26/2009

Corepoint Integration Engine met an immediate need to integrate our internal applications more robustly and cost-effectively, but also in providing us more control in configuring, testing, and deploying new interfaces within our timelines.

Plano, TX (PRWEB) May 26, 2009 -- Seattle Radiologists APC, a regional, high volume, radiology group in Seattle, Washington, deploys Corepoint Integration Engine (formerly NeoIntegrate) to further enhance and integrate their radiology workflow and application environment.

"As a large radiology practice with a growing referring base and increasing volumes of diagnostic readings, we needed an integration platform to better automate the flow of information and replace our costly point-to-point interface approach," said Thuan Nguyen, Director of IT.

Thuan continued, "Corepoint Integration Engine met an immediate need to integrate our internal applications more robustly and cost-effectively, but also in providing us more control in configuring, testing, and deploying new interfaces within our timelines. We needed to eliminate wait times to implement interfaces through vendors. This is extremely important for imaging practices that read for multiple facilities like ourselves; we need to have control and insight over the flow of information within our workflows."

In implementing Corepoint Integration Engine, Seattle Radiologists is able to monitor their IT environment with powerful alerting and escalation features that provide real-time notifications for addressing critical application interface issues.
