Date:1/8/2010

Safetec Continues to Make Moves to Advance Expansion as EHS Industry Explodes.

Vancouver, Washington (PRWEB) January 8, 2010 -- Safetec Compliance Systems, Inc. announces the addition of Jim Braselman to the executive team as Vice President of Partners and Strategy. In this role, Jim will focus on expanding and strengthening the Safetec Partner Network, continuing to build value for Safetec’s customer base. Additionally, Jim will aid in the prioritization and specification of new products and content to meet the needs of Safetec clients. He will also work to further accelerate Safetec growth, while assuring the unsurpassed levels of quality and customer service that enable Safetec to enjoy an industry leading 98% customer renewal rate.

“We believe Jim Braselman provides the perfect combination of business acumen and regulatory compliance experience to help drive Safetec to its long-term strategic goals,” said Duane Burkett, Safetec Founder and Chairman.

Jim brings over 19 years of experience in EHS information and compliance systems, working in sales, analysis, and consulting capacities. He served as Director of Enterprise Sales at ESS, helping that company grow dramatically by providing insight into customer requirements in the areas of Air/Water/Waste emissions and Compliance management, at companies including Dow Chemical, Valero, BP, and many others. Jim also served in strategic account management at Enviance, assisting companies such as DuPont to become more efficient and effective in managing their compliance assurance. Most recently, he drove sales efforts of Hara in the ‘heavy emitter’ space, addressing the needs of regulated companies in meeting their carbon and energy efficiency needs.

“In the current environment, companies face increasing pressures to more fully understand and manage their products and operational risks.
