Date:8/20/2013

Santa Fe, NM (PRWEB) August 20, 2013

Seamless Medical Systems, creator of the SNAP® Practice Patient Engagement Platform, today announced it has joined the Greenway Medical Technologies online Marketplace of value-added partners for users of the Greenway PrimeSUITE integrated electronic health record (EHR) and practice management solution.

Being named a Marketplace approved partner signifies cooperative efforts between Seamless Medical Systems and Greenway to provide comprehensive, mission-critical health IT solutions that support the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care.

SNAP® Practice is a unique patient data capture, transmission and targeting platform that replaces the paper forms patients fill out in medical offices with an iPad.

SNAP® Practice is a cloud-based enterprise solution with four components:

1. Digital patient data capture integrated with the practice EHR

2. Health education media channel that is personalized to improve health literacy and compliance

3. Communications tool to improve care plan adherence and customer loyalty

4. Access to patient personal health information

SNAP® Practice uses patient data to provide personalized health education and marketing messages to each patient that uses it.

“Membership in the Greenway Marketplace showcases our expertise in breakthrough healthcare IT and demonstrates our ability to complement Greenway and its solutions to improve the provider and patient experience,” said David Perez, founder and CEO of Seamless Medical Systems. “SNAP® Practice integrated with PrimeSUITE provides a unique value to Greenway customers that will save them immediate time and money while improving patient engagement.”

“Rapid innovation is essential to the development of a sustainable healthcare system, and the Greenway Marketplace gives customers the means to evaluate and select innovative solutions relative to Greenway’s PrimeSUITE,” said Jared Lisenby, Greenway vice president of business development. “We’re pleased to partner with Seamless Medical Systems for mutual promotion of the SNAP® Practice Patient Engagement Platform to customers seeking to better navigate the future of healthcare.”
