Scient'x Groupe, S.A. Announces Completion of Credit Facility and Incremental Capita...( PARIS June 8 /- Scient'x Groupe S.A. ...),Health

PARIS, June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Scient'x Groupe, S.A. ("Scient'x" or the "Company") announced today that it has closed a combined growth credit facility with Oxford Credit Corporation and an incremental equity investment by the Company's principal shareholder, HealthpointCapital, LLC. The total credit and equity package amounts to $12.5 million. Terms were not disclosed.

Oliver Burckhardt, President and CEO of Scient'x stated, "I am excited that Scient'x has received substantial additional investment capital which will allow us to aggressively pursue growth opportunities in our area of strategic focus, dynamic solutions for the spine.
