New Advisory Board established; Former URAC CEO joins company along with

Chief Medical Officer

ANNAPOLIS, Md., Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Schooner Healthcare Services, LLC announces the addition of key senior management leaders to head the growing healthcare consulting and technology company. Senior management now includes:

-- Garry Carneal, JD MA, President and CEO;

-- Joel V. Brill, MD, AGAF FASGE FACG CHCQM, Chief Medical Officer; and

-- Randall Madry, Chief Operating Officer.

According to Dr. Brill, a nationally-known medical management and predictive modeling expert, "Schooner Healthcare is honored to work with clients such as the Case Management Society of America (CMSA), Population Health Impact (PHI) Institute, Action Healthcare Management, CareStaff/eResource Planner, EmergingMed, the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, Inc. Madry and Carneal served as back-to-back CEOs of URAC from 1994 through 2005. Schooner Healthcare also announces formation of the Schooner Healthcare Advisory Board, which will provide strategic guidance to the company on opportunities to enhance the care management process. Members include:
