ANNAPOLIS, Md., Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Schooner Healthcare Services, LLC announces the addition of key senior management leaders to head the growing healthcare consulting and technology company. Senior management now includes:

-- Garry Carneal, JD MA, President and CEO;

-- Joel V. Brill, MD, AGAF FASGE FACG CHCQM, Chief Medical Officer; and

-- Randall Madry, Chief Operating Officer.
