Satellite WellBound to Provide Free Better LIFE Wellness Classes to Help Raise Kidney Health Awareness

The public is encouraged to make World Kidney Day, March 12th, the day they focus on their kidney health and are invited to contact a WellBound center ( near them to sign up for one of six free Better LIFE Wellness classes. These classes provide patients with important education facts needed to help prolong the life of their kidneys. The Better LIFE classes range from nutritional education, to exercise, to healthy hearts, to the advantages and disadvantages of specific options treatments, resulting in patients having a more informed therapy choice.
