Date:4/22/2010

San Diego based plastic surgery practice, Changes Plastic Surgery & Spa, is getting a taste of fame abroad. After being the focus of the reality series Addicted to Beauty in the US, television stations Really TV in the United Kingdom and Lifestyle You in Australia have started airing the reality “dramedy”, introducing Southern California plastic surgery to a whole new audience.

(PRWEB) April 22, 2010 -- San Diego based plastic surgery practice, Changes Plastic Surgery & Spa, was the focus of the reality series Addicted to Beauty, which aired last summer on the Oxygen and Bravo Networks. The show now has been picked up internationally in the UK and Australia.

“This is completely unexpected but very exciting,” says Dr. Gilbert Lee, founder and owner of Changes Plastic Surgery & Spa. “Last year was an incredible ride with the show airing nationwide in the US. Now audiences around the world are going to be learning about our industry and business.”

Addicted to Beauty follows the inside story of Dianne York-Goldman, socialite and medi-spa expert, joining forces with well known and three-time “San Diego Top Doctor” plastic surgeon Dr. Gilbert Lee at his Changes Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa.

When Dianne brings her over-the-top employees from her previous spa to Changes Plastic Surgery & Spa the work place antics get out of control. As the pressure increases to get the spa up and running, personalities clash and chaos ensues. However, this group is no match for Melanie (aka, “Mel”), Dr. Lee’s no nonsense office manager who becomes fed up with Dianne’s staff.
