Samarion Announces Partnership With Adesta to Install the SamarionSolution Nationwide
Date:8/4/2009

JACKSON, Miss., Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Samarion announced today it has entered into an agreement with Nebraska-based Adesta for the nationwide installation of the SamarionSolution in long-term care and acute care facilities.

The SamarionSolution is the only enterprise quality improvement system that provides healthcare facilities with true prevention technologies, including fall prevention, wandering and elopement prevention, and abuse and neglect prevention. This innovative solution utilizes image analysis software and intelligent alerting to allow patient intervention before a catastrophic event, such as an unassisted bed exit. Falls are one of the leading causes of accidental death and injury in the long term care facilities.

Samarion Chief Technical Officer Samer N'Ser stated, "As a healthcare software company, Samarion is focused on creating the leading quality improvement systems for healthcare facilities. Our partnership with Adesta, and their nationwide installation capabilities, allows Samarion to focus resources on our core business while ensuring the highest quality systems installations with Adesta."

Omaha, Nebraska-based Adesta installs and maintains some of the most complex communications and security systems in the industry. Adesta has extensive experience in providing world-class electronic and physical security solutions, installations, upgrades and additions for our nation's critical assets, government facilities and corporations.

"We are very excited to be working with Samarion to help better the overall nursing home experience for the elderly and their families," said Bob Sommerfeld, President of Adesta. "Our experience in the security industry will be a great complement to their superior products and plans. We look forward to working with them."

N'Ser added, "The national adoption of the SamarionSolution requires an installation team with the experience, expertise, and scope for certified, industry-leading national installations. Today, Samarion has achieved that partnership with Adesta, the certified, bonded and number one integrator in the country."
