Saint Francis Medical Center Physician Services Implements MED3OOO RCM and ASP Services

PITTSBURGH, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- MED3OOO Group, Inc. (MED3OOO), a privately held national healthcare management and technology company, recently implemented practice management systems as an Applications Systems Provider (ASP) for physicians employed by Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO. MED3OOO is also providing the hospital with advanced Revenue Cycle (RCM) and Data Management services through the implementation of advanced reporting tools utilizing M3/IQ(TM), MED3OOO's proprietary data warehouse and decision support system. With this successful implementation, the Saint Francis physicians now have the capabilities to capture data from disparate systems and provide physicians and patients with information that can help improve the cost and quality of healthcare delivery.

"Our physicians, administration, and finance department are very pleased with MED3OOO's implementation of these services," said Nancy A. Weck, RN, Director of Physician Services at Saint Francis Medical Center. "The RCM and ASP implementation process was extremely successful and MED3OOO's staff went way beyond our expectations. The team did an excellent job of planning and overseeing the implementation, while training and supporting the practices. They were exceptional throughout the project and demonstrated great patience with us."

Ms. Weck noted some immediate advantages of implementing physician systems through MED3OOO. "MED3OOO's integration of operations and technology provides a great platform to improve all aspects of our operations. Our finance department is now able to obtain information and develop reports that were previously unavailable due to interface compatibility issues. We now have the ability to easily run reports that were previously produced manually, and we have access to new reports constantly being developed by the MED3OOO teams."

Since MED3OOO's successful implementation for the 27 employed physicians with Saint Francis, MED3OOO's training team has now begun the next phase of the implementation for an additional 14 physicians from Cape Physician Associates who will be partnering with the medical center in March.

"MED3OOO is delighted to be selected by Saint Francis' management team and we are committed to working closely with them as a strategic technology and operations partner. We look forward to providing their team with value-added services that will provide great differentiation for their employed physicians," said Patrick Hampson, Chairman and CEO of MED3OOO.

MED3OOO is a national leader in advancing Healthcare Management and Technologies focused on improving performance and adding value to the delivery of healthcare. MED3OOO's vision is to be considered a "Premier Operations Partner" for physicians, hospitals, employers, and municipalities throughout the U.S. Founded in 1995, MED3OOO provides services to over 15,000 physicians and has become one of the largest and most advanced private Revenue Cycle Management, Technology, and Information Management companies in the United States.
