Ms. Henry has more than two decades of experience in customer service operations management. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Customer Operations Department for Amp'd Mobile and Senior Vice President, Customer Operations Department for Vodaphone Japan. During her time leading the Vodaphone customer service organization, the company received the JD Power award for best customer service. Prior to Vodaphone, Ms. Henry held progressively responsible positions with Pacific Bell.
Ms. Henry's experience in customer service leadership includes leading customer service departments and call centers serving tens of millions of customers, back-office services management, and change management. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the
