Sage Software Healthcare, Inc. Announces Intergy by Sage and Intergy EHR by Sage installations for 2007
Date:12/5/2007

TAMPA, Fla., Dec. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Sage Software Healthcare, Inc. announced today that more than 500 ambulatory care practices chose the Intergy by Sage Practice Management system during the 2007 fiscal year, with the majority of those practices also implementing the Intergy EHR by Sage Electronic Health Records system.

"Electronic Health Records adoption rates continue to grow, within our customer base as well as new customers. These practices -- representing thousands of users, including physicians -- choose Intergy for a variety of reasons, and primary among them is our interoperability experience that far exceeds any of our competitors," said Sharon L. Howard, Senior Vice President, Marketing for Sage Software Healthcare, Inc.

"Our decades of experience in the industry and our broad customer base mean we have more connectivity endpoints than virtually any other vendor. Industry experts have validated that our laboratory connectivity -- in excess of 50 labs -- far exceeds that of any of our competitors. Each year, Sage Software enables more than six million electronic prescriptions. Additionally, corporate stability is a major reason practices are choosing Intergy. With nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare information technology, our company has demonstrated reliable longevity and expertise serving ambulatory care practices, community health centers and multi-specialty clinics of all sizes."

Since the company's entrepreneurial beginnings offering The Medical Manager by Sage, Sage Software has served tens of thousands of practices in North America. This expertise allows us to bring physicians a unique 360- degree perspective on the business of medicine, and helps physicians enhance the excellent healthcare they provide to their patients every day.
