Date:3/16/2010

Franklin Goose is making a promise that they sell only items that are handpicked to meet a very stringent criteria of being free of harmful chemicals. They vow that if anything is purchased that does not meet these criteria they will buy it back and offer a better option. The site offers parents over 1500 carefully vetted products for their babies & children, and even a few for the parents too.

(PRWEB) March 16, 2010 -- More and more people are switching to organic & eco-conscious products for their babies and children. They are seeking out safe alternatives to traditional plastic toys, clothing, and baby gear. Unfortunately, many parents are becoming overwhelmed with all of the different websites promising organic & natural products but then compromising when it comes to product offerings. Franklingoose.com was formed by parents who were fed up with digging through “organic” website after “organic” website finding that a lot of the products are not organic, natural or safe.

In order to make shopping easier for parents, who are already overwhelmed, franklingoose.com has made the “Safe Baby Promise”. They carefully handpick the products on their site so that each product meets their promise to the parents. This is the quote from their site, “We promise to offer you a quality selection of the safest, most organic and natural products available. We promise that you can shop here comfortably, knowing that we dedicate ourselves to hand picking each product on our site. We are committed to offering you only products safe enough we would give them to our children. We promise to do everything we can to do these things for our customers. If we discover that one of our products does not meet this promise we will immediately pull it from the site. If you have purchased one of these items we will buy it back from you and offer a better alternative. Our promise is that our devotion to your family is as strong as our devotion to our own.”

The list of excluded chemicals and ingredients is available on their website, along with a description of the regulations products must meet in order to be sold on their site.

“We carry over 1500 products on our site currently. We add to that daily. It is part of our commitment to our customers that we will build a website where you can find safe, natural & organic solutions for the products you need to raise your children today,” says Sheri Doyle, Vice-President, Franklin Goose.
