SXC Health Solutions announces completion of exchange offer for NMHC

or owned by NMHC, SXC or any of its subsidiaries and shares for which dissenter's rights have been perfected) will be converted into the right to receive $7.70 in cash, without interest, and 0.217 of a common share of SXC. No further action is required by the remaining stockholders of NMHC to effect the merger.
