STERIS Corporation Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

MENTOR, Ohio, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- STERIS Corporation (NYSE: STE) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a regular quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.06 per common share. The dividend is payable March 11, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 12, 2008.
