STEMCELL Technologies Inc. (STEMCELL), a leader in specialty cell culture media, cell separation products and ancillary reagents for life science research, is pleased to announce that they are now selling directly to customers in Spain.

Vancouver, British Columbia (PRWEB) October 8, 2009 -- STEMCELL Technologies Inc. (STEMCELL), a leader in specialty cell culture media, cell separation products and ancillary reagents for life science research, is pleased to announce that they are now selling directly to customers in Spain.

"Spain is an important country for biomedical research and by selling directly to the market, customers will have immediate access to in-house scientists and the world-renowned STEMCELL technical support team," said Joan Sheehan, VP of Sales. "In addition, we hope that this will allow us to collaborate more closely with our Spanish customers in order to develop new products as well as provide custom reagents."

STEMCELL Technologies European Distribution Centre (EDC) located in Grenoble, France will oversee direct service to Spain. The EDC holds a complete inventory of products and also offers next-day priority shipping.

Prior to October 1st, 2009, STEMCELL's customers in Spain were serviced by STEMCELL's distribution partner LabClinics SA. STEMCELL wishes to acknowledge and thank LabClinics for their outstanding service over the past 10 years.
