STAAR Surgical to Present at the Noble Financial Equity Conference

MONROVIA, Calif., Aug. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- STAAR Surgical Company (Nasdaq: STAA), a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of minimally invasive ophthalmic products, announced today that it will present at the at the upcoming Fourth Annual Noble Financial Equity Conference which will be held Monday, August 18th - Tuesday, August 19th, 2008 at the Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort, Nevada. Barry G. Caldwell, President and Chief Executive Officer will discuss the Company's business strategy and historical financial performance at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Monday, August 18th.
