STAAR Surgical Generates Cash From Operations During Second Quarter

Use of Non-GAAP Information

This news release presents selected items from the Company's Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations as reported in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP"), and also on a non-GAAP basis after excluding certain non-recurring expenses, and excluding changes in currency. Additionally, this news release contains a discussion of EBITDA which is also a non-GAAP measure of performance.
