HARBIN, China, Jan. 7 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/-- SOKO Fitness & Spa Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SOKF), today announced that the company will present at the ICR XChange Conference.

The ICR XChange Conference, taking place at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, CA, is being held on Wednesday, January 14, 2009, and Thursday, January 15, 2009. Management is currently scheduled to present at 3:45PM PST on January 15, 2009.
