SOHODOX Celebrates Completion of 14 years in Document Management Industry
Date:1/9/2013

(PRWEB) January 09, 2013

SOHODOX, the small business document management software, has seen an incredible growth in the recent past. The past year was really great for them, and the software has just entered the fifteenth year in the document management business. On occasion of completing 14 years in the business, ITAZ technologies, the makers of SOHODOX, have released an overview of possible challenges and their solutions for 2013.

If you go by what CEO of ITAZ, Shiraz Ahmed has to say, the key seems to be in information sharing. In a special post on their official blog Shiraz has discussed his journey as well as several challenges expected for small business and has offered the possible solutions as well. Shiraz says “It has been a great journey for us so far. When we started, it was just a great idea and a lot of self-belief. Now we have to take it up to the next level. That according to me, is the biggest challenge ahead of us. As far as Document Management is concerned, I think managing information overload is not just a big company problem anymore. Small businesses are equally affected by it. However unlike larger businesses, small businesses cannot throw money and resources at the problem. The good news is that once a challenge is clearly identified, small businesses are usually good at finding quick, smart and affordable solutions.”

To tackle this issue, Shiraz has concentrated on distinct ways that can help the small businesses. He starts with knowledge transfer, “You as the small business owner control access to a majority of information in your business. Opening up access of information to employees can sometimes have magical consequences. Different minds notice different patterns, learn different things and arrive at different conclusion. The value of getting so many points of view cannot be calculated.”
