SF Outdoor Workout Series: Definitely Not Your Typical Boot Camp!

Workouts Begin Tuesday, June 2 at 6:30 a.m.

SAN FRANCISCO, April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- DIAKADI Body, Personal Training and Wellness Center, is excited to kick off its summer outdoor workout series, the hottest and most economical workout with San Francisco as its playground. For the month of June, individuals of all fitness levels will gather in Mission Creek Park, Baker Beach, or the Embarcadero to take on the DIAKADI way of training! The outdoor workout series will meet every Tuesday and Thursday (June 2-26) at 6:30 a.m. and every Saturday (June 6, 13, 20, 27) at 10 a.m. Each session is $20 or $200 for all 12 sessions.

This is not your typical boot camp! Clients range from young to old, with males, females, athletes and beginners. DIAKADI's outdoor workouts aim at teaching clients instead of breaking them down. Each individual learns self assessments for posture, flexibility, strength and muscle-balance. These are incredibly useful tools for obtaining optimal bodies in fitness, wellness and functional daily living. In addition, the all encompassing workout includes everything from core stabilization drills and sand resistance training to obstacle and relay courses for total body strengthening. This series is a sure guarantee for any individual to improve their posture, reduce body fat, gain strength, and test their endurance.

Most clients will burn an average of 1,000 calories per session, and each receives a written workout straight from the instructors! These take home workouts give each client several weeks of exercises and homework to perform on their own for no additional charge.
