SCDM to Showcase Professional Development Opportunities at Partnerships Event

The Society for Clinical Data Management is a partner of the 19th Annual Partnerships in Clinical Trials and located14th Annual eClinical Technology Summit, April 12-14 in Orlando, Fla.

Orlando, Fla. (Vocus) April 8, 2010 -- The Society for Clinical Data Management, a nonprofit association that supports data managers and others involved in clinical research, will exhibit at the 19th Annual Partnerships in Clinical Trials, April 12-14.

SCDM is a partner for the event and the co-located14th Annual eClinical Technology Summit. SCDM will be located in Booth 142 during the conference

Representatives from SCDM will showcase education and professional development programs for data management personnel on all sides of clinical research partnerships – including the Certified Clinical Data Manager credential, Good Clinical Data Management Practices resource, e-learning opportunities, and the SCDM Annual Conference.

"SCDM's educational opportunities enhance clinical data management partnerships by providing guidance on the best practices for today's regulatory environment," said SCDM Chair Ralph J. Russo, CCDM. "Data managers engage with traditional CROs, central laboratories, ePRO vendors, technology providers and many other service providers each day to ensure the highest quality data for submission."
