RACINE, Wis., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- While governments continue to debate reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and many companies are waiting for outcome of the debates, SC Johnson continues to move forward in its quest to do the right thing and today becomes a founding member of Conservation International's (CI) Team Earth project.

Team Earth, a worldwide sustainability effort unites businesses, non-profit organizations, scientists, educators, individuals and children in an international collective action campaign to address the most pressing environmental issues facing humanity. The first challenge the movement aims to tackle is climate change making the project a natural fit for the company that has long been committed to reducing its footprint by finding innovative renewable energy solutions and reducing GHGs.
