gain savings of 30 percent in labor and 50 percent in time.

Holy Infant's previous technology had become outdated and was not able to provide reports or detailed financial figures. The hospital evaluated Microsoft Dynamics GP along with software from Dairyland Healthcare Solutions, Computer Programs and Systems Inc. and QuickBooks before selecting the Microsoft solution.

The hospital worked with Microsoft Gold Certified Partner DFC Consultants Ltd. of Fargo, N.D., to implement Microsoft Dynamics GP with core financial capabilities for general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable, along with a module for payroll. DFC also integrated a timekeeping program into Microsoft Dynamics GP to eliminate the hospital's paper time cards and allow a seamless digital flow into the payroll solution.
