Robbins & Myers Schedules First Quarter Fiscal 2009 Financial Results Conference Call

DAYTON, Ohio, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Robbins & Myers, Inc. (NYSE: RBN) announced today that it will release after market close on January 8, 2009, its first quarter results for fiscal 2009 which ended November 30, 2008. A live webcast of the conference call will be held at 10:00 a.m., ET on Friday, January 9. Representing the Company will be Peter C. Wallace, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Christopher M. Hix, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. They will discuss the Company's performance and respond to questions from the financial community.

Interested investors are invited to listen to the webcast, which will be broadcast live on its website, www.robn.com. A replay will be available at the website and a telephonic replay will be accessible beginning 1:00 p.m. ET, January 9, by dialing +1-888-286-8010 in the U.S. and entering conference ID # 25121411.
