MFI Recovery will be participating in Give Big Riverside campaign this year. Give Big Riverside gives local non-profits the platform to raise funds through online giving. Razoo.com, is the host site for the fundraiser.

“Generosity is win-win. Not only does it make the world a better place, it also makes us happy and fulfilled - especially when we give to the people and causes we care about most,” according to razoo.com.

The 24-hour fundraising event will be on Nov. 12 from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. Riverside county nonprofit supports can go online and make a donation to a cause they care about. The campaign is looking to raise $300,000 within the short time period.

In addition, the top 5 organizations on the Leaderboard will receive prize money.

The event website asks supporters to share the event with family, co-workers and friends. Donors are encouraged to mark their calendars in order to remember the campaign. Supporters can log on to the MFI donation page and sign up for reminder emails or download a reminder to their personal digital calendar. Reminders are also available via text if one sends a text with the words "GIVEBIG" to 9600. (Texting and data rates may apply)
