Riverside Health System Announces $1 Million Incentive Program For Small Businesses to Offer Insurance Coverage for Employees

mployees in the last six months and 75 percent of eligible employees must enroll. For example, employees of those eligible businesses who have a household income of less than $42,400 a year (2008 FPL level, family of four) are eligible to apply for the incentive.

Employee Eligibility Guidelines

Your income for your family size must not exceed the following maximum household income to be considered eligible for the Riverside Share Program:

2 $28,000

3 $35,200

4 $42,400

5 $49,600

6 $56,800

7 $64,400

8 $71,200

Each Additional $ 7,200

Business owners may learn more about the program and its eligibility criteria by calling the Anthem Small Group Information Line Toll Free at 1-800-248-4158 and referencing Riverside Share program or by contacting their Anthem broker. Qualification and program information are also available at
