Date:5/23/2008

The PCI listing, published by Entrex, Inc., is generated each quarter by PCI analysts who review revenue data for its portfolio companies and identify those that represent the greatest quarter-on-quarter growth (current quarter versus the same quarter in the previous year). In this latest Q1 2008 reporting of PCI honorees, Rising achieved the top slot through its 79.35% increase in quarter-on-quarter revenue. Overall, the Top Five Companies experienced an average revenue growth of 51.3% over their own Q1 2007 performance.

This honor comes to Rising on the heels of its inclusion on PCI's previous listing of "Q4 2007 Top Five Growth Companies" which compared the group's Q4 2007 performance versus their own Q4 2006 performance.

"Our team is thrilled to have two consecutive PCI honoree listings," says Rising CEO, Jason Beans. "I am also encouraged by the fact that each of the current Top Five honorees has been previously distinguished by the PCI in a prior quarter for leading growth. Stability and advancement within the US private sector are critical to the economy and the creation of new job opportunities."

Comments Stephen H. Watkins, CEO of PCI sponsor company Entrex, Inc., "This group of companies topped our list this quarter by exceeding their own previous revenue benchmarks-in varied industry niches and geographic regions -- demonstrating that strong companies, with solid plans, are able to perform even in uncertain economic periods."
