Rise Health Launches Enhanced Products, Introduces New Sales Leadership

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) October 22, 2013

Rise Health, Inc., a leading provider of population health analytics and patient relationship management applications, is positioning itself for aggressive growth by redefining its core product offerings and building a national sales team headed by Michael Previti, recently named Executive Vice President of Sales.

The company’s Enterprise Platform unites three distinct offerings: Ascend is an enterprise data integration platform with the ability to accept and pass data to and from multiple clinical and claims systems; Stratus, the company’s population Health Analytics application; and Cirrus Patient Relationship Manager. Combined, the product suite delivers sophisticated population health management with the ability to drill down to provide the context around each individual patient and thereby, supports clinical care coordinators and physicians in reducing costs and improving quality at the individual patient level.

“It’s one thing to gather and organize massive amounts of healthcare data and to offer sophisticated population-based reporting. But what Rise Health has accomplished is the ability to activate patients and deliver on the Triple Aim of healthcare,” says Dr. Mark Crockett, chief executive officer for Rise. “Rise Health makes a difference by pulling all of the necessary functionality together into a cohesive product suite, creating a quantifiable impact at the patient level.”

To support the launch, Rise Health has updated its corporate logo and launched a new web site that includes details on the product offering.

The company evolution and growth continues with a new sales team headed by Michael Previti. Previti comes to Rise Health from Merge Healthcare where he held multiple sales leadership positions primarily responsible for Sales Operations and Sales for both Ambulatory and Acute Care markets. Prior to his tenure at Merge, he led the Healthcare Sales Team of Initiate Systems to year over year double-digit growth before being acquired by IBM in 2010. He has steered sales organizations at a variety of blue chip healthcare information technology (HIT) companies over his 20-year career.

“Michael has demonstrated his ability to manage and build high impact sales teams to drive and deliver results,” said Dr. Crockett. “His expertise and enthusiasm, together with Rise Health’s products aimed at transforming population management and patient engagement, will propel us to our next level of growth.”
