Richmond, Virginia Health Coach Ellen Bernstein Launches Innovative New Healthy Eating Website

Richmond health coach Ellen Bernstein, who is trained in more than a hundred dietary theories, has created a new website for those who are ready for change in their lives to enjoy healthy eating and taking better care of themselves.

“If you have used food for comfort, to relieve stress, to ease depression or anxiety, it’s time to change and not give food control any longer,” Bernstein said. “I am here to work together with you and support you. Food can nourish you and give you more health and energy you ever thought possible.”

As a 2008 graduate with certifications as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and from Columbia University, she helps and supports women on their journey toward better health and taking better care of themselves.

Her education and specialized training combines the knowledge of the traditional philosophies with modern concepts such as the raw foods diet, eating for your blood type and many others. “Drawing on this knowledge, together you and I will create a completely personalized roadmap to health that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences and goals,” Bernstein said.

Her new website, http://ellenbernstein.com, features a registration for her free “Simple Strategies for Women to Boost Metabolism, Lose Weight, and Increase Energy” ebook.
