Muskegon, MI (PRWEB) December 7, 2008 -- A new patented box cutter is revolutionizing the way boxes are opened and was designed partly bacause traditional box cutters were used as weapons in the 911 terrorist attacks. The Klever Kutter is a tool not a weapon; it is simply the safest box cutter for sale anywhere and will not damage the contents of the boxes being opened. The tool is simple in design, lightweight, and easy to use.
Three men from Muskegon, MI developed the original idea of Jeff Kempker and patented the tool. The idea was to create a box and package opening tool that was truly safe and did not have an open blade.
What they accomplished was so safe that the Transportation and Safety Administration allows the Klever Kutter to be carried onto airplanes. The safety tool is also being recommended by The Accident Fund Insurance Company of America and could actually reduce workers comp insurance claims by preventing injuries from cutters with open blades.
Klever Kutter is made in Grand Haven, MI by Advanced Molding Solutions. It's owner and partner in Klever Innovations is Matt Jacobs. The owners of Klever Innovations have made a committment to continue producing the tool in the USA.
