Centura helps seniors move into independent living apartments by giving 1st and 13th months rent free for leases signed before end of year.

Denver, CO (PRWEB) October 15, 2008 -- To help Colorado seniors beat the winter blues, The Villas at Sunny Acres is ushering in the holidays with a move-in special for independent living apartments that include the first and thirteenth months rent free.

For seniors considering retirement community options, The Villas at Sunny Acres offers many amenities and services to make retirement relaxing and enjoyable. Housekeeping, flat laundry service, two restaurant-style dining rooms, scheduled transportation, planned activities and outings are complimentary to the beautiful, tree-lined campus.

"The Villas at Sunny Acres continues to be a preferred, Colorado retirement community," said Laura Nelson, Director of Marketing for Centura Senior Services. "Available services include independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care. Since many seniors and their children begin considering independent living arrangements around the holidays -- we are happy to offer something that will help them with the transition through the end of the year."

To qualify for the two months rent free move-in special, applicants must tour and sign a lease by December 31, 2008. (This offer applies to independent living only and is not valid with other offers or discounts.)
