Centura helps seniors move into independent living apartments by giving 1st and 13th months rent free for leases signed before end of year.

Denver, CO (PRWEB) October 15, 2008 -- To help Colorado seniors beat the winter blues, The Villas at Sunny Acres is ushering in the holidays with a move-in special for independent living apartments that include the first and thirteenth months rent free.

For seniors considering retirement community options, The Villas at Sunny Acres offers many amenities and services to make retirement relaxing and enjoyable. Housekeeping, flat laundry service, two restaurant-style dining rooms, scheduled transportation, planned activities and outings are complimentary to the beautiful, tree-lined campus.

"Available services include independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care.
