Resorb Networks, Inc. has announced that it has sold the rights to it's MyBlackBook trademarks, and will be renaming MyBlackBook.Org, the popular sexual history tracking service, to nOOkist™.

New York, NY (PRWEB) February 5, 2009 -- Resorb Networks, Inc (http://www.resorb.net), the company behind the popular MyBlackBook.Org service, has announced that it will be renaming it's sexual health service to nOOkist™ (http://www.nookist.com), as the company has sold the rights to it's registered MyBlackBook trademarks.

Effective Immediately, MyBlackBook.Org will be redirecting traffic to the new domain, located at www.nOOkist.com until February 14th, 2009 -- at which time the original domain will cease to function and the service will then permanently be located at www.nOOkist.com.

This change of name will not affect any of the services or features being offered. The service being provided by nOOkist™ is identical to the services provided prior to the name change. Please update your bookmarks and links within existing news articles to reflect the new name and domain.

So what is nOOkist™ and why the name? Have you ever heard the term "Nookie"? "Nookie" is a slang term that refers to sexual intercourse, and as such, a nOOkist™ is one who has sex and keeps track of it.

The increasingly expanding service has been seen as a "must have" tool to be used in conjunction with the online dating scene, with more and more people signing up for the service every day.
