Rescheduling of First NuvaRing Lawsuit Trials in State, Federal NuvaRing Lawsuit Litigation, Reports Wright & Schulte LLC

According to a Case Management Order dated March 5th, the first trial in hundreds of NuvaRing lawsuits currently pending in New Jersey Superior Court, Bergen County, has been postponed until June 17, 2013. (Docket No. BER-L-3081-09 MT) Meanwhile, court documents indicate that the Judge overseeing NuvaRing lawsuit claims in a multidistrict litigation underway in U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, has rescheduled that litigation’s first trial for October 2013. (In re NuvaRing Products Liability Litigation, No. 4:08MD1964 [E.D. Mo.])
