Request a Kids Yoga Playgroup with Lil Yogi's NYC in Central Park
Date:6/12/2013

Manhattan, New York (PRWEB) June 12, 2013

Lil Yogi's NYC will now be taking requests for fall yoga playgroups. Lil Yogi's NYC offers two different types of yoga playgroups for the fall: indoor playgroups and outdoor playgroups! The minimum commitment for a yoga playgroup is 3 weeks.

For indoor playgroups, parents can gather a group of up to 4 children, pick an apartment or playspace and choose a preferred 45 minute timeslot. Lil Yogi's NYC will send one or two instructors, depending on the amount of kids, to host a 45 minute kids yoga class where children will learn yoga through songs, activities, imaginative play and games. Children will also be introduced to yoga breathing techniques in addition to yoga relaxation.

Lil Yogi's NYC will also take requests for outdoor playgroups this summer and fall. Playgroups are in Central Park and Lil Yogi's NYC currently has 3 locations in the park: one on 77th and 5th Avenue across from the James Michael Levin Playground, one on 85th and CPW across from the Mariner Playground and one on 67th street and CPW between the Tots Playground and Sheep Meadow. Interested parents can choose a preferred 45 minute timeslot and a preferred location in the park. Classes break down to $25 per child per class and the host of a playgroup over 7 children is eligible for 50% off of their yoga classes.

Alternatively, Lil Yogi's NYC offers personalized yoga classes for children with special needs! Parents can gather a group of up to 3 children with special needs and Lil Yogi's NYC will send certified special needs yoga instructors to come host a yoga playgroup in an apartment or playspace or in Central Park. Pricing for special needs playgroups vary depending on the amount of children and how many instructors are needed.

For any questions or to book a yoga playgroup contact Lil Yogi's NYC via phone or email.
