Vancouver, BC (PRWEB) July 27, 2014
Prominent Vancouver Chiropractors, Dr. Shervin Ranjbar and Amrita Gill, have recently announced their demonstration depicting the hamstring release procedure in Vancouver, BC. Both these chiropractors work with Backs in Action Wellness Center in Vancouver and have years of experience in the field of massage therapy. The hamstring release procedure was carried out by the two professionals using a foam roller exercise.
The purpose of the exercise is to release tight hamstrings and relieve the client of the pain and discomfort associated with tight hamstrings. More videos regarding the state-of-the-art foam roller therapy are available on the company’s website under the blog post titled “The Foam Roller: To Roll or Not To Roll”.
“If you have a lot of pain in an area, avoid rolling over it,” states a company representative. “Move an inch above and below the affected area and decrease tension in the muscle without further aggravating an already inflamed area. Consult your chiropractor or massage therapist to expedite return to activity.”
Dr Shervin Rajbar is a new addition to the Backs in Action family. He has a patient-centric approach to massage therapy. This Vancouver Chiropractor has had the opportunity to work with a variety of different clients, including collegiate athletes, NHL prospects, Toronto cable workers and firefighters. His aim is to communicate effectively and to improve the patient’s life.
