Red Deer Personal Training Center Seeks to Inspire Change with New Documentary
Date:8/26/2013

(PRWEB) August 26, 2013

CHANGE the Movie is an inspiring documentary about the inner desire to look good, feel good, be happy and pain free in spite of society’s trend toward disease, depression, painful dysfunction and death. Chronicling the lives of five individuals, the film hopes to inspire people to make a positive change in their own lives.

Red Deer personal training center, One-to-1 Fitness in association with Shoelace Media is proud to announce the premier of CHANGE the Movie on Thursday, September 19th, 2013 with evening festivities starting at 7:00 p.m.

To celebrate the release of CHANGE the Movie, One-to-1 Fitness has invited its clients and their families to attend the premiere as exclusive guests along with local celebrities who are slated to attend. There will also be a private screening of the highly anticipated Steve Jobs biopic Jobs.

Cabel McElderry, owner of One-to-1 Fitness and one of the producers of the film, explains how CHANGE the Movie came about, “We have a public mission to help inspire 10,000 people toward making a healthy physical change by 2015, we know we can't train that many people so we wanted to create something that might help to increase awareness on the positive effects of change and to inspire people to share their stories.”

Getting in shape is not always easy and this new documentary focuses on the challenges that people face when they decide to embrace a healthier and active lifestyle. McElderry adds, “In a time that health care is continually letting us down, when it seems like surgery, pain and other limitations are ‘just something we have to live with’ we wanted to show people that that's only true if you accept it. Now, more than ever, we must learn the practice of ‘self-care’ and acknowledge just how amazing our body is. We hope the documentary will convey that message and inspire others to believe that change and a life without limitations is within their reach, no matter what! We believe that change is a core value to live by and hope that CHANGE The Movie will inspire others to embrace change in their own lives.”
