CLEVELAND, March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Inajo Davis Chappell, Partner at Ulmer & Berne LLP, has been selected by Recovery Resources as the first recipient of the Helen K. Jones Woman of Strength Award.
Ms. Chappell has made a career out of understanding the nuances and complexities of the non-profit arena, and has provided invaluable support and guidance to Recovery Resources over many years. In addition to a stellar career that has led to honors such as the Ohio Super Lawyer Award in 2007, and the Northern Ohio Live Rainmaker Award in 2005, Ms. Chappell is an active and committed contributor to her community, as evidenced by her participation on many local Boards, including the Cleveland Leadership Center, the Ohio Board Voting Machine Examiners, the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, Medical Mutual of Ohio Charitable Foundation, and The Cleveland Foundation African American Philanthropy Committee. Ms. Chappell is an active member of her church, of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and continues to commit to mentoring young professional women within our community.
Helen Jones, President and CEO of Recovery Resources until her untimely death last June, greatly valued Inajo Chappell's counsel and friendship.
