Real Food Works Receives Investment From First Round Capital and StartUp PHL’s Innovative City-Backed Fund

The announcement was made at a reception at Real Food Works’ headquarters in downtown Philadelphia. Philadelphia Mayor Michael A. Nutter, Deputy Mayor Alan Greenberger, President of Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) John Grady, BFTP Vice-President Terrence H. Hicks, First Round Capital Managing Partner Josh Kopelman, and Real Food Works Founder/CEO Lucinda Duncalfe spoke at the event. Customers, partners, entrepreneurs, and other members of the Philadelphia startup ecosystem were also in attendance.
