The American Gastroenterological Association sponsors G.I. Insights

CHICAGO, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- ReachMD, an innovative multi-channel platform for medical professionals, will air on XM Satellite Radio Channel 157 and simulcast via ReachMD Online at http://www.reachmd.com, a new weekly series exploring the latest clinical issues, trends and technologies in gastroenterological practice. ReachMD is proud to partner with the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) Institute, the largest GI society in the United States, to bring "G.I. Insights," to the national audience of medical professionals.

ReachMD's new medium provides the AGA Institute with the ideal and most direct broadcast platform for reaching the professional healthcare markets. Under the terms of the agreement, ReachMD will provide AGA with a new media to reach out to gastroenterologists. The AGA Institute joins the likes of other network partners to sponsor programming on ReachMD such as the American Medical Association, the American Retina Foundation, and the University of Pennsylvania.

G.I. Insights is co-hosted by two thought leaders in the field of Gastroenterology:
-- Dr. David Rubin, Associate Professor of Medicine, and Program Director

of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center at the University of Chicago

Medical Center.

-- Dr. Jay Goldstein, Professor of Medicine and Vice Head for Clinical

Affairs in the Department of Medicine at the University of Illinois at

Chicago.

Dr. Rubin and Dr. Goldstein will cover the latest G.I. trends in clinical practice, CTC and radiology technologies, and policies leading up to this year's presidential election.

ReachMD will begin airing G.I. Insights on XM 157, The Channel for Medical Professionals, and online at http://www.reachmd.com on Monday, May 19th.
