ReachMD Launches New Series on GI Issues

The American Gastroenterological Association sponsors G.I. Insights

CHICAGO, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- ReachMD, an innovative multi-channel platform for medical professionals, will air on XM Satellite Radio Channel 157 and simulcast via ReachMD Online at, a new weekly series exploring the latest clinical issues, trends and technologies in gastroenterological practice. ReachMD is proud to partner with the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) Institute, the largest GI society in the United States, to bring "G.I. Insights," to the national audience of medical professionals.

ReachMD's new medium provides the AGA Institute with the ideal and most direct broadcast platform for reaching the professional healthcare markets. Under the terms of the agreement, ReachMD will provide AGA with a new media to reach out to gastroenterologists. The AGA Institute joins the likes of other network partners to sponsor programming on ReachMD such as the American Medical Association, the American Retina Foundation, and the University of Pennsylvania.

ReachMD will begin airing G.I. Insights on XM 157, The Channel for Medical Professionals, and online at on Monday, May 19th.
