RamSoft Experiences Growth in Asia-Pacific Region

RamSoft, a leader in RIS, PACS, and Teleradiology workflow solutions, announces installs in the Asia-Pacific Region. RamSoft has installed PowerServer RIS/PACS, PowerServer PACS, and PowerServer XU in hospitals, imaging centers and government facilities in Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. RamSoft is continuing to grow the customer base in this region by offering web-based, fully-customizable radiology workflow solutions that offer ease of use, localization and process automation. According to Marilyn Solano, sales and marketing director for RamSoft, the facilities are experiencing overall success in terms of workflow efficiency and patient care. The facilities in Thailand, for example, were able to transition from a film-based workflow to a digital workflow which immediately yielded more detailed images for better diagnoses and faster turnaround time for diagnostic reports. The digital workflow has also improve patient intake and reduced errors. Four hospitals in Brunei have experienced success in integrating PowerServer XU with their existing EHR to manage their radiology workflow. The integration provides them with a seamless workflow and improved turnaround times, as well.
