Allan will be responsible for developing technical services and processes for the company's products, in addition to creating a field service capability and supporting the direct and indirect sales channels.

Most recently Al was an independent consultant helping companies more clearly define market segmentation, develop marketing strategies, write business plans for new ventures, and assist small business owners with operations.
