Radius Engineering International Inc. Offers Tools to Stay Safe and Recover From Any Disaster
Date:5/25/2013

Forney, United States (PRWEB) May 25, 2013

Radius Engineering International Inc., is the oldest and largest underground shelter company in the US and has been building concrete, steel, fiberglass, and composite underground structures for over 35 years. M.E. and President, Walton McCarthy, author of PRINCIPLES of PROTECTION, U.S. Handbook of NBC Weapon Fundamentals and Shelter Engineering Standards, Sixth Edition, 2012, which is the United States’ bible on shelter engineering. McCarthy is considered the leading expert in the field of underground shelter technology designing and manufacturing ‘high-tech’ WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) shelters. Radius shelters are used throughout the world to protect people for Business Contingency Plans (BCP’s) in military, medical, corporate markets and Family Contingency Plans (FCP).

The Underground Shelter Protection Systems provides the necessary tools to stay safe and recover from disasters by providing the following:
1. Physical place of safety for people
2. Physical place to store data, documents, legal papers.
3.Physical place to operate your life and your business during and after a disaster

Recently many states have been faced with the devastating effects of tornadoes. Radius Engineering offers a Twister Resister ND10 Storm Shelter. The ND10 Twister Resister shelter is a totally self-contained 5 psi jumbo corrugated cylinder underground 586 FT3 storm shelter specifically designed to protect 10 people from F5 tornadoes, CAT 5 hurricanes, 8.5 Richter earthquakes, and ground fires with a 2 day life support system. It is specifically designed to operate at ground zero of an F5 tornado. The ND10 includes the structural fiberglass structure, chemical toilet, 12-volt air blower, one 100 amp hr AGM battery, solar panel/controller, stainless steel screen on inlet and outlet manifolds, 12-volt LED light, cast aluminum hatch, manual jack emergency escape, and gravity flange hold-downs for high water tables and the negative pressure of an F5 tornado. Base Price $14,800.00 USD

For 2013, Radius has designed a more affordable shelter product line for working class families. Although, Radius is known to sell high end structures to corporations and wealthy clients; the Radius team felt it was important that everyone is offered the opportunity to " Protect What they Value Most". Radius is now offering the new Hexoid Underground Shelter Product Line with prices starting from $54,000 - $84,000. The H4, H10-5, and H10-9 can protect 4 -12 people.

Radius is also introducing a new "State of The Art" Underground Munitions Vault. Under the 1978 War Power Act, the Patriot Act, and the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, the local city, county, state, or federal government has a legal right to commandeer anything that could benefit or threaten the community. Guns, ammunition, gun safes etc. fall under this category. One safe way to protect munitions is to use an underground munitions vault. The best way to protect your firearms is to secretly store them underground. If they cannot be found, then they cannot be taken away. Regardless what the government says or puts into law, the second amendment still exists. The government never has the right to take that away. The COMPOSITE UNDERGROUND MUNITIONS VAULT CUMV cost $1,940 delivered anywhere in the continental United States.

After 35 years in the business of designing and manufacturing underground shelters to protect people, Radius Engineering has become the largest underground shelter manufacturer in the world. It is disturbing how many disreputable companies are in business or appear to be in business. It can be seen from the above myths that there are some underground shelter companies that use a deceptive practice of misinformation to scare people into purchasing their shelter based on knowingly false information. EMP myths is just one area of misconceptions. If the shelter manufacturer does not understand the real effects of weapons, than the shelter cannot be properly designed and built to resist these weapon effects. The Radius underground shelters are listed on United States Department of Defense Munitions List for underground shelters protecting people and manufactured to the standards of POP THE US HANDBOOK OF NBC WEAPON FUNDAMENTALS AND SHELTER ENGINEERING.
