RN Sisters Bring Low-Tech Innovations to New Nurses and Nursing Students
Date:4/27/2009

to the field of nursing is to introduce standardization across the processes of "Note Taking" and "Shift Reporting". RNReport Card improves communication among doctors and nurses as well as assisting nurses to provide more efficient care to patients and their families. RNReport Card helps nurses to establish a more effective way to manage their day-to-day tasks ensuring a less stressful environment for the nurse at any stage in her career.                                                 Increased efficiency in the healthcare process leads to better service and a more positive work environment. "Work smarter not harder". RNReport Card helps new nurses do just that.

RNReport Card is a tool that standardizes the note taking and shift reporting process. It fits conveniently into the pocket of your scrubs and keeps all of your patient information handy. It has room for everything you need to know about your patient (patient name, room, diagnosis, procedures, assessment, consults, medication times, drips, IV fluids, etc).

RNReport Card was conceptualized in November 2008 by a floor nurse to provide a system of organization aimed at decreasing clinical errors, nursing stressors, and increasing efficiency. Information about the company can be accessed through the RNReport Card website at www.RNReportCard.com.
