RF Technologies Achieves Premier Certification From Cisco in United States
Date:7/21/2009

BROOKFIELD, Wis., July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- RF Technologies announced today it has achieved Premier Certification from Cisco(R). To earn Premier Certification, RF Technologies had to meet standards for networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction set forth by Cisco.

"We're pleased to integrate Cisco's high-caliber technology into our healthcare safety and security solutions," stated Keith Koby, Executive Vice President. "Consistently leading the industry, RF Technologies provides advanced and sophisticated technology solutions to senior living communities, hospitals and related healthcare facilities."

"Cisco is committed to providing tools, training and programs to help drive partner growth, differentiation and profitability," said Surinder Brar, senior director of worldwide channels at Cisco. "By combining a Cisco Premier Certification and Cisco Express Foundation and Unified Communications Specializations with expertise in radio frequency identification monitoring systems, healthcare security solutions, and Wi-Fi real-time locating systems (RTLS), RF Technologies is making an investment in delivering the integrated and customized technology solutions today's customers demand."

As a Cisco Premier Certified Partner, RF Technologies demonstrates a range of technical expertise. To achieve Cisco Premier Certification, RF Technologies was required to achieve the Cisco Express Foundation Specialization. This specialization includes tests on technical competency in the integration of basic routing and switching, wireless LANs, and security technologies. In addition, RF Technologies was required to integrate a base level of Cisco Lifecycle Services into its offerings and demonstrate measurably high levels of customer satisfaction based on independently audited customer satisfaction surveys.

The Cisco Resale Channel Program provides partners with the training required to build sales, technical and Cisco Lifecycle Services skills. Cisco resale partner certifications--Select, Premier, Silver and Gold--represent an increasing breadth of skills across key technologies and a partner's ability to deliver integrated networking solutions. Cisco resale partner specializations--Express, Advanced and Master--reflect an increasing depth of sales, technical and service expertise in particular technologies.
