Leverages Patient Recruitment Efforts for Pulmonary Study

SOLANA BEACH, Calif., Oct. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- RESolutions Rapid Enrollment Solutions, LLC, a firm specializing in patient recruitment for clinical trials, announces the launch of its team of Regional Recruitment Specialists(TM) in support of recruiting qualified patients with a form of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) for a recently initiated clinical trial. This specialized division, composed of trained professionals with clinical trial expertise, will be deployed on a regional, grassroots level for the purpose of facilitating patient referrals to designated trial sites. This novel method of recruitment will allow the company to enhance the available pool of patients for the purpose of meeting their client's recruitment timelines.

"There are several factors in today's clinical environment which make enrolling clinical trials increasingly more complex," says RESolutions President and CEO, Jennifer Fernandez. "Therefore, relying solely on the immediate pool of patients available to the trial sites is no longer efficient for timely enrollment. Enhancing patient referrals through ongoing relationships with area physicians, community non-profit organizations, pharmacists and other health care professionals will be vital in order to maintain the requisite patient pool needed for timely enrollment. This will be conducted by the targeted implementation of a well devised strategy by these highly trained specialists".

The launch of this campaign will be supported by RESolutions' management team, which comprises over 20 years of experience in the clinical development and patient recruitment sectors. Additionally, this method of recruitment has been used by RESolutions management in previous campaigns and has shown to provide great leverage in enhancing trial recruitment.
