As the Director of Sustainability, Dwayne's main focus includes overseeing firmwide LEED accreditation process and incorporating sustainability into every project designed.

He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma, is a registered architect, a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the Oklahoma Association of Healthcare Engineers. Dwayne has worked on such projects as the Stillwater Medical Center; UCO Masterplan and Promise Regional Medical Center located in Hutchinson, Kansas.
