RACO Now A Member Of The Intermec Printer Service Partner Program

Blue Ash, OH (PRWEB) August 30, 2008 -- RACO Industries (www.racoindustries.com) is proud to now provide certified support for Intermec printers as one of 19 companies in the Intermec Printer Service Partner program. RACO is already an Honours Premiere Partner demonstrating proven success with selling and supporting Intermec data collection products including mobile computers, scanners, printers, and wireless networks. The IPSP assures customers that they can turn to RACO to service their printers in a timely fashion and with the same level of quality they've come to expect from Intermec.

The IPSP certification recognizes RACO for established expertise and excellence in providing service for Intermec's entire printer product line including fixed (stand-alone), networked, mobile, and RFID printers. To become a member, RACO technicians had to undergo rigorous training to provide Intermec Medallion services like on-site and depot repair services. RACO will be working to exceed the high level of support Intermec customers already enjoy and provide quick turnaround on service calls.

"RACO has invested in the resources that Intermec requires in order to be selected to participate in this elite program," Ted Kolp, RACO President said. "We are very excited to enhance our relationship with Intermec and expand our services to the customers that enjoy their outstanding line of printers. It will also enhance our existing range of Intermec products and services that will offer the customer a completely integrated data collection solution."

"We are pleased to recognize and certify our valued partners who are fully committed to the printer market, and maintain the highest level of technical adeptness regarding our printer solutions," said Earl Thompson, Vice President and General Manager of Printers & Media, Intermec Technologies. "The IPSP designation provides customers with the confidence that they are receiving superior end-to-end Intermec printer sales, service, and support from their trusted local provider."
