R2integrated, a digital marketing and technology agency headquartered in Baltimore, MD, is participating in the inaugural HabiTown Challenge hosted by Habitat for the Humanity of the Chesapeake. The Challenge is a festival designed to build a community of partnerships through a judged team competition. The r2i team has partnered with the local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, There Goes My Hero, and r2i’s entry into the Challenge as well as corresponding fundraising efforts will directly support the organization whose mission is to provide hope and nourishment to leukemia patients and their families.
The HabiTown Challenge is September 28 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at the West Shore Park on the Inner Harbor of Baltimore. The r2i team will be creating a structure that represents an entity of the Baltimore community and that will be repurposed as a valuable mobile asset for There Goes My Hero in their efforts to register more bone marrow donors and to continue to bring more meals to blood cancer patients and their families.
R2i has set a fundraising goal of $3000 as part of the HabiTown Challenge and all proceeds will go directly to There Goes My Hero. Donations can be made through the r2i fundraising page. Supporters are also invited to attend the HabiTown Challenge to enjoy the competition, live music, food trucks and learn more about There Goes My Hero and how to donate time, money or bone marrow for patients and families in need.
