Quest Diagnostics Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MADISON, N.J., Aug. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Quest Diagnostics Incorporated (NYSE: DGX), the world's leading provider of diagnostic testing, information and services, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on Quest Diagnostics common stock of $0.10 per share, payable on October 19, 2009, to shareholders of record on October 2, 2009.
