Quest Diagnostics Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MADISON, N.J., May 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Quest Diagnostics Incorporated (NYSE: DGX), the world's leading provider of diagnostic testing, information and services, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on Quest Diagnostics common stock of $0.10 per share, payable on July 20, 2009, to shareholders of record on July 6, 2009.
